Target Practice

So Target Practice is my Practice to meet my Target :) 

That said I plan to start working on a passion project I have been considering for years. I needed to get up to speed on a Game Engine or Framework and picked MonoGame. 

I am only publishing the game here to publish my devlog and share what I have learned.
